1). The change is calculated with our quarterly statements. There's 4, which we calculate our revenues.
2). There's alot of benefits: Yes stock holder get to vote. You also get our 100% guarantee of not loosing any money.
3). This is a Private Investment Market, which means till now our holders don't want it on the NYSE open market. were looking into going that direction though it does cost going that way approx. $25,000/yr.
4). Stock dividend will be at 5%
Cash-out - you can cash out your stock dividend or you can reinvest it. you'll get to choose, if you want the cash-out option you'll be paid on the declaration date.
Declaration date is: November 18th
5). if you wish to sell you may theres a 90 day hold once you buy the stocks then choose to cash them or continue holding. then you may cash out any time or trade the stocks or resell. there's a 7 day waiting period for your stock to be sold/traded/cashed.
Yes, there will be a transfer button. We just got into this, and we will have a small site in here which you can see your stock..

Ok back to topic...
If you have a private placement you have to work according some rules and regulations? don't get me wrong I like the idea how you do it.
at the moment that there are shares left by the company, normally its not possible to sale shares with profit.
