Not directly related to the script but relevant none the less, I came across this blog

Sounds like a major problem, and I guess Clickbank will solve it soon.

Regarding our script, in the next version it will have a cookie enable check. This way you will be sure that the visitor have cookies enabled, but of course this is not going to solve that problem.

I think it is time for clickbank to use another domain for the order page.
