you should do something with the left navigation, something that people recognize the links as buttons (the hover effect is OK)

It is a very simple site, and to be honest I don't really like it.

What is the subject of this site?

Hmm. I should drink my coffee before I post Tongue

In that case I don't think a design like this is good. You need a simple design for a job portal site, but not so simple.

I think you need another template. A job portal web site should provide some kind of confidence to its visitors. This template looks a little old and I don't think it is good for your business.

There should be some cool banners in the home page giving more value to some of your services.

well, maybe You are true...
but I am mainly happy the work is over, I am not a PRO in programming . . .
also, i dont offer anything, i'm just showing adsense.
and what's most improtant: visitors are highly targeted from national ministry for work,
whos site is much simplier . . .

OK, think discusion is over, I am just too lazy...
But maybe i will make some bannner in future, if this page gonna work.
Thanks all for advices Smiley

why do you ask for a review if you don't wanna change something?
