Hi,
There are a lot of directories for sale with more content and also profit,
the site and his features are looking good, I suggest to create more traffic (submit the site to directory lists), maybe you can try to earn some money too...
don't think that someone will pay much more than $120 for that site...

120 is still a good amount considering i only paid 20 for the domain itself when i had aquired it, i may put this domain up for sale soon sometime in the future, if anyone is currently interested just PM me and let me know

Have you posted your directory in the announcements and solicitations are of Digital Point and whatever they call it over at SitePoint? You will get tons of submissions. Also how many sites have you been adding on your own. When submissions get slow, it's a good strategy to find some high quality sites on your own.
I think you have a solid foundation going. If it were mine and assuming you have the time, I would get some more backlinks and get folks talking about it. Push hard to get it up to a PR4 or even 5 in the next update and then sell.
I think you will also be able to get a bit more, because of it's age - you won't look like you set it up to scrape a few quick profits and then dump it on the market.

I know this will sound corny but you will get what others think its worth, I'm currently looking at directory sites and having been buying failing sites, like their is no tommorow but I have a specific criteria. I don't mind low PR but I'm looking for a userbase of more then a 100 links in the directory and a domain age of great then 4 years.
My maximum bid price is $90 and I am making regular purchases, yours barely squeeks past 1 of the tests so for example if I was thinking of putting an offer in it would be at the $60 which is roughly half of that mentioned.
But you may find that some one will buy it for the name in which case they may pay hundreds
