Its late, and Im probably missing the obvious but I'm having real trouble with my positioning (see screenshot) the young lady should be in the right hand top corner, but she stubbornly refuses to go either on her own, or as a floating div.

I have in the past but this was not the issue here, I simply hadn't closed my div tags correctly before (a look at the CVS entries this morning confirmed it). Put it down to tiredness the site is taking shape nicely. I guess its a good sign when the boss has to do the redesign of the main web site because every one is busy?

I hate IE This isn't some mild dislike this is pure loathing, my nice new design, looking very pretty in Firefox, opera, safari even, but IE nope!!!!
Whats worse IE 7 appears to be even less standards compatible then IE 6, at least when it comes to CSS. I hate Internet explorer, Bill Gates as your final thing as CEO has to be to sack your entire browser team, wholesale Sack them, include Firefox as a windows update, you can make it look like IE 7 I don't mind, and then we wouldn't have little problems like these!

I got my text wrapping around the image correctly in the end just needed to rant. I think what I'm more peeved at is the fact I have had to drop from xhtml strict down to transitional.
