need coder!

I need a coder who is familiar with blogger coding (unlike me) right now im to busy to learn, so i need a coder who can code my new blog template. Its already designed and coded into html and css. Im not sure if having it coded in html and css helps you in anyway - i think it does - so I am planning on your job to be fairly simple. It is paying, but remember theres probably little to no work involve, i just need someone to do it for me! I dunno if anyone here is familiar with blogger code, seems pretty similar. but i dont have time to make necessary changed and edits. FINALS ARE THIS WEEK! But i do need the template coded ASAP!

I am sorry I took so long. But I need a coder who can code a Blogger.com blog (aka blogspot)

What I will do is give you a template fully coded in HTML and CSS, but i need it compatible with the blogger coding.

Thats all I need, simple, not hard at all, I just dont have ANY TIME with school, debate, and now job.
