I use the Title tag, Meta keywords, and Meta description. TITLE tag text is the first information about your website that the user sees. Meta tag is used to specify page descriptions

Though both meta keywords tag and meta description tags are not the important factor search engines consider while ranking the sites, they should not be left off the page.I give importance to both.
