Hello Olaf.

The link would go on the appropriate link page from amongst the pages labeled:

Directories and Search | Recruiters and Headhunters | Career Resources | Other Resources

They are all linked from the sitewide template, not hidden away.

I honestly have no idea how much traffic that site gets, but the site ranks #2 for "Recruiters", so it must get a fair share.  The site itself has over 2000 backlinks:
