The Google Webmaster chat is somethign they have only done twice, but each time I have participated it has been enormously helpful!

To be a little bit more clear,
There is a google webmaster group, and then there is the live Webmaster chat.


This is a webex seminar where they have 3 presentations, a queston and naser section and a chat interface. Googlers like cutts are present to answer a myriad of questions. http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/017470.html Visit through proxy here is coverage of the second live chat.
