I like your attitude soulwatcher, I really do.

But as Olaf said it is easy to disallow those people by visiting such sites by using the file limitation.

yeah I thought about this item too, and it looks like that 1 of xxxx proxies is used for some illegal content/action.

That feels not good, at the moment only people from some western countries are able to use my proxies with a limit of 2mb files.

This way way I'm happy because I'm sure that most of the (I hope legal) content is viewed by students from the US

Olaf does your proxy script limit the download? I decided I will give it another try as long as I limit the download and keep people from doing things that there not suposed to be doing.

Make sure you block 3rd world countries.  The adsense payout rate is very low so they aren't worth the extra bandwith.
