Simple Antispam Please

Hi guys...
I got a problem:  my guestbook - http://kajsvatba.wz.cz/kniha.php   is target of spam . . .
Can You suggest me any simple solution how to get rid of it? I dont want CAPTHA or so,
its too dificult for me . . .
I've heard about some trap forms, which is hiden to people, but robots fill them, post them and are catched.
Or some JS maybe? Could You recomand me something like that?
Also if You paste code here, it would be great . . .
If interested in php code of the guestbook, its np . . .

captcha or other type of verification is the solution in my opinion, even though some spam bots are getting smart enough to recognize these

The easiest thing to do is use a "bad word" vocabulary and don't let those posts be saved. I think I have posted somewhere in the forum a way to do this, but I can't remember right now (I am sick these days you know ).
