We thought of running a contest about who is the best webmaster out there. Anyone can nominate. You can nominate Yourself of course.
The submission guidelines:

   1. Name of the webmaster You are nominating;
   2. The website of that webmaster;
   3. Why is that webmaster is the best in Your opinion (see guidelines below)
   4. Your name and website.

Guidelines for why webmaster could be the best:

   1. Website design
   2. Originality of the content
   3. Promotional skills
   4. Willingness to help other webmasters

This contest will run for 1 month ending on 25/06/2007
Stages of the contest: first we will collect the names and will review the candidates. then we will announce those select few in three weeks. At which point You will be voting on who is the best of all. Three winners will be picked and awarded prizes.

We have already agreed on the prize for the first place winner it will be a free domain name (.com .net .co.uk or .info) for 2 years courtesy of www.TRIphp.com; a lifetime featured links in two directories www.n33dlink.com and www.jrsdirectory.com and a review of the winners website at www.seodigg.com

I was supposed to try to get some sponsors for this, but I have opted out of a few choices as I don't really like them personally.

To vote please go to triphp forum . and the winners will be posted on the seo digg blog. Everyone is eligible. Well except for me and those who own the triphp of course. If Anyone wants to sponsor prizes for the third and second places let me know. All I can offer in exchange is advertising. We are just doing it for fun.

No. triphp belongs to another guy. we just give each other deals all the time. I was originally going to do the contest on my own, but I knew he needed some more members and he was always helping me before so I offered to do the contest through my blog, but the actual nominations through his forum. Plus I am actually advertising this contest on one of the seo blogs. So I also wanted to be on the safe side as to being able to handle in case it takes off.

I have just received an e-mail from www.namecheap.com that they as well would like to sponsor one domain. 
So as it stands now  the prizes are as follows.

The first place winner gets a free domain name for two years courtesy of the Triphp
webmaster forum (thank You midlandi), a featured listing in my directories (http://www.n33dlink.com and http://www.jrsdirectory.com ) for life and a review of the website on the SEO digg blog.

The second place winner will get a domain Courtesy of the www.Namecheap.com for one year.
