3 sites for sale $250 for all

Hi there.
I have three sites for sale. They all come as a package for $250.00
First site http://www.detoam.net it is a PR4 and has over thousand back links. I have just switched it's theme to a site dedicated to kids. However it was a site with the webmasters in mind and in fact many links to it are still on that theme. When the last PR came around it was still a domain reseller, webmaster resources site. Webhosting on it is paid off until February next year. The site has a blog (PR3) that reviews webmaster related services (unsolicited) and a fully moded forum. Forum isn't active though. I have never really wanted to open it. There is also a small flash games site PR3 that is actually very popular.
The other two sites are web directories http://www.detoam.info (PR2) and http://www.detoamweb.info . These sites are on my reseller hosting account and I will give a one year free hosting for them with the purchase. They are currently set at 100MB space each, but if the space needs to be increased I am sure we can work something out. If You need more info do not hesitate to ask.

how about earnings and traffic?

what is the price without hosting?

The directories do have the same template, but they aren't the same.
As for earnings I have never really tried to sell anything on them. Only the last couple of weeks I have sold the banner to Sc3m.com You can see in the header for $30.00/year (it's also the same person that is helping me run our contest.)
and the Haabaa web directory for $25 for 3months and I ended up selling three links on detoam.net in the recommended section for the next six months for $60 dollars. I haven't used much advertising on them as I have no real experience with adsense.
As for traffic both the blog and the main site (detoam.net) and the game site have received a lot of traffic especially in the last two months as I have been promoting them a bit more. I am attaching a screenshot of awstats from the Cpanel for each domain

Most of the links in the directories only been there about two weeks. I have submitted all my directories to digiXMAS to be listed in their submissions and for the last two weeks they have been sending people over. Most I had was about 130 to each directory withing about 4 hours. Many of the sites in them are PR3-6.
The only hosting I would remove is my own which is where the two directories are. If I am to do that I'll be asking for $175 for everything.

The directories were sold separately. So now there is only the site left. $100. First come first serve.

Is your site still for sale? I would contact you direct but can see no way to do this? Can't see how you can contact me either! So will post this and hope it has a result!

I have been sick myself for this past week so have not been up to emailing anyone.

I am a bit better today so am trying to catch up.

You still have your site listed here for sale and I am still interested to buy it.

My son has explained to me that it does not matter if all the posts are included as ZI can make new posts.

So you do not need to worry about the links that do not work.

Please do let me know if you are not still selling the site so then I can look for aniother one to buy,=.
