Just a monk...ey

« on: May 29, 2007, 12:08:41 PM »

I have adjusted some of the colors on my blogs theme, but the blog it self looks like cr*p. The sidebar is way too messy looking. Can someone suggest how I can arrange it better. I was going to change the theme compeletely to the one that I know for sure would be clean looking, but I have already installed way too much custom code into this one to change it.
Thank You.    http://www.seodigg.n33dlink.com Visit through proxy

can't say where to start Wink

I guess your current site is the result having a lot of beginning webmasters. there are to much whistles on the whole site.

maybe you can start a site with ONE layout and fill it with content first don't mix them in the main navigation.

don't use so much javascript code for everything since your site becomes very slow.

If you don't know how to start, visit some blogs and select one as your "Idol" blog and try to create a similar one.

I hope I helped you to get the point...

Thank you.
I'll get rid of some things. I just have a problem with seeing so much white space.

thats why I suggested to study the websites from others Wink

I didn't like whitespace too, but be carefull with tools from others they can slow down your site a lot
