Site Makeover

Hi, I am going to fully makeover my tutorial site with new and improved features etc. But with this a better layout is needed. This is where i need your help. I am not to good with full layouts and coding so i need some people to help. At this point in time i cannot give you any cash unless i win the contest *fingers crossed* but i can offer you large amounts of ad time on the site. So can you guys help me out.

well i need someone to help jazz up the graphics and somebody to code anything that needs to touch up. like make it xhtml valid.

i think it will be difficult for you to find someone to do all of this for free, no offense, ive been in the same position you are in now.. I can help with XHTML validity, just send me a PM sometime.. free of course

well I also always accept service exchange or link exchange for keeping the costs down... Just send me an email using my site contact form and send me details, as I may have to prepare some mocks off-line, since my work PC is down at the moment....
