Someone contacted me about buying one of my undeveloped names. I am not in the name business particularly and only have it in order to build something. It is not likely to be a name that would score high on an appraisal but would only be worth what someone would pay for it, and it is kinda interesting. Have any of you dealt with this sort of situation?

I've been asked to sell domains and sites in the past, but I usually refuse that kind of offers Smiley

May I ask what is the domain and what price you got?

Well, I haven't sold yet, but I haven't refused, either. Smiley

Anti, check the forums at sitepoint, namepros and DP to get an idea about the value for this name.

check also if this is a (bigger) company, they have often a much bigger budget to buy some domain

What's HTML?

Does this worth? I mean you got a cool domain for a later project after a lot of searching and then someone buys it for $40.....
