I was reading in another site a guy got a link to his site from an adult site. I guess it is reasonable that adult traffic is very cheap so it would be easy to use such traffic (for a non adult site) in order to have a better ROI.

My question is, would adsense banned you because your site is linked from x-rated sites? What do you think?

I guess not, since you can't protect you from this.

but they ban you if the clicks on the ads are not from human (remember the story from proxy.org)

Non human clicks is a different story. I just wonder about the adult links as there is plenty of adult traffic in the net and I guess it is too cheap, so you can easily use some to boost the traffic of a video (non-adult) web site.

Maybe I should ask the adsense team about this.

you cant control who links to you. they cant ban you for that.

the question you should throw at them is: is it okay with you if some adult site is linking to mine which has adsense ads on it?

If that was true it would be kind of easy to stop any competitor using adsense  Evil .

I don't think they will bann you just because you got visitors from an adult site, but that also depends on how much traffic you get from that site. If it's like 95%, then maybe they will bann you Angry
