Great List Thanks. I need to know one more thing where do i found the local keyword suggestion tool like i target california state and i need to check the amount of traffic generate monthly on that keyword in california state.

I wonder how different terms for the same item's are factored in... such as a soda in the south is a pop in New England, or plastic sheeting in Maryland is called visqueen in Florida.  Are there any sites that directly address regional differences in keyword selection for SEO?

They are cool and I really like using a combination of them because every application might have its own positive and negative aspects but once you start testing the other programs, you would be gaining better results.
