Webdigity has a Whois & SEO lookup webmaster tool, with nothing to do for a while I played with the tool... What made me ponder is the Alexa results, for the 4 sites I entered, the results were almost if not exactly similar to Alexas results. What surprised me is that one of the sites I entered had an Alexa rank of 100054, which the site to my knowledge has no Alexa data yet...

Opinions? Check this site: www.weborganize.net

Alexa is unreliable tool, I'm not sure if Nikolas using Curl or the Alexa api however the api does tend to show more current results then the Alexa main page.
Also even though some sites are to small to appear on the site Alexa does still give it a rank (otherwise how would it know when its big enough) and this rank is sometimes shown through the api

Would you like to be an SEO, let me help with, The Tim Nash introduction to SEO alternatively for Social media optimisation take a look at the Venture Skills Blog

I guess it went wrong because of some changed result page, Nick is parsing the site with cURL (the API is not free)

Yeah I am using cURL because I don't like to pay for something I can get for free Smiley (it's a matter of honour if you are a programmer Smiley )

Now you see different results some times because we are caching the whole data. So if you check a site today and come back after a week, you'll get the same results as the previous week.

This is because many results are getting search engine traffic so we can serve results faster.

I've deleted the cache and see a value that looks more correct, but I guess my script passes a wrong value when there is no data. I will check on that, thanks Smiley

So far I see no problems with the results, I just asked coz it was a bit odd, and some already consider your tool the authority... I tested out new or no-traffic sites and it did result on some errors yesterday, I think its fixed today...
