Hi, i have a cms script that i use for a site. I normally get updates from the site but the coder on that site isn't active anymore so it has virtually stopped. i paid for the script and got no support after 6 months. But anyway i need someone who can sort of some errors and add some new features... If you interested pm me.
Cash will be offered to those who accept and complete the offer.

For instance you can tell what new features you want and what are the problems that your cms has now.
Of course this will be hard as far as we don't know what the previous coder did. It is probably the hardest thing to write on someone's else code, and especially if the code is not good you may have problems that may lead to higher costs.

well im looking to fix the deleting process on the tutorial system. When you decline a tutorial it does not delete the uploaded thumbnail so i would like that to work. I have a new version that has some fixes in so they can use that as a reference. I would also like to fix some errors which are causing some pages in the admin panel to load very slow. Also i would like to add a sub catergory option so tutorials can have photoshop > Photo effects and Flash > coding etc. Few more small things.

I think the people that are interested should get their hands on the script and see what it does and ONLY THEN evaluate how much time/money it will take to complete your new features.
Are you willing to let the programmer see the actual code before hand ( from ftp or send them by email ) ?
Otherwise as Nikolas mentioned it is very hard to estimate this .... if the code is badly written it would probably be easier to install a different OPEN SOURCE solution instead.
(By the way I don't have time to look at this project, just clarifying a few things to yellowFuze)

yes those who are interested should pm me and i can give you a look at the code by email...... installing another open source would mean i would lose all my tutorials already so i am not willing to do that.

I'm sure even the most useless coder on the planet can export a sql file your current tutorials can easily be backed up and moved across

I can probably help you, but i refuse to work over some other guys work that is already messed up... I would do what the team here suggested already, install a better CMS software which is still active, and I can help export and import your old articles and such from old site --> new site.
