its where the cross-hairs point at the box that saids "Vince, Lorena... blah blah" when you place your mouse cursor over it. you can click it and add your comment. if you cant see the box, go to the menu, click view then click "all places".

well you can still give us an idea where in the vicinity you live without giving the exact location of your house.
