Today when I checked my analytics statistics, I realized that for ALL of my sites there is probably data missing ...
I supposedly had 0-10 visitors on each while the normal is 50-150 and I know it was not a slow day because the adsense impressions are really similar to most other days .... and awstats seem to show the no drop in traffic ...
I wish I had the time to finish coding my own script
I like the features of Google Analytics a lot, but there is still the problem that you don't have exact referer information...

http://analytics.blogspot.com/ - is reporting the all clear, but I'm still seeing missing chunks of data, it would happen at the end of the month, as I was doing the monthly audits for clients

Report data has been fully updated and is now current again. We apologize for any inconvenience the temporary delay caused and will have less reporting delays in the future.

Sorry I think you misunderstood I'm still seeing holes in the data being sent, i.e yesterday data doesn't match other analytics software at all so I don't think they have fixed the problem David Naylor saying the same thing on his blog http://www.davidnaylor.co.uk/google-adwords-v-google-analytics.html
