using this doorway pages is against the TOS of google right?

(must say I like the idea)

No it is not against google's TOS, except for the page that has no external links.

I have used it for around 1 month and had success (2-10 installations per day for a couple of thousand impressions)

The only bad thing is that many of your visitors will be annoyed from this.

thats why you need to add a "skip" link there
