the people who owns this site must really hate Microsoft and Bill Gates to undertake this endeavor.

using this doorway pages is against the TOS of google right?

No it is not against google's TOS, except for the page that has no external links.

I have used it for around 1 month and had success (2-10 installations per day for a couple of thousand impressions)

The only bad thing is that many of your visitors will be annoyed from this.

thats why you need to add a "skip" link there
