I get emails from such scripts almost daily and I do not trade links with these folks, because they are actually spamming.

I guess this script can work, but it is too spam to get used by a serious web site.

I tend to use a simple formula
Email arrives saying hey we will get you traffic, I say did I ask for this, I say no, now I know how they will get me traffic if I wanted to spam people do I need them?
