Hi friends,
I would be happy to hear what you think/feel about my web page. I made this page just for fun, for practice. I took my friends company's web site, and did new design. I use all what they had into this page. My idea is like I have customer which give me all pics and texts and asking for ready website. This company like black/yellow colors, so i had to stay in this color scheme, however this isnt what i like.
What i want to hear from you? Do you find this design good? Is it easy to surf this web? Is it better then original page? Do you notice any techical bug?
well, just let me know what you like or dont like, so i can understand where I am with my web designer/developer level and what I have to do more..

Hi Great work!
I have some comments I didn't link the image frame, the top navigation looks very modern and the lower part not. You use also times as font face in your body, is this the best solution, I think times should be used for books and newspapers not for websites the dropdown menu, has strange behavior, if I mouseover a menu item and follow the sub item I need too hover the main item again (twice) to get the menu back. There are better menu scripts.
you need some validation on the brochure request form.

Hi Olaf,
Great comment and great review!!! Thank you very much!
I have question about font. I agree with you what "times" isnt the best idea but .. I use to play with different fonts but the problem is what every browser display letters a bit different ways. For example, when i tested my page on different pc, then trouble comes out from Firefox/linux becouse letters is bit biggers and i got mess with top menu. I choose smaller font size and this is sorted.
Can you suggest browser safe fonts or maybe you know some good article about fonts?
I choose "times" only becouse this is 100% sure more or less same on any machine. I done some searching about fonts for web but did not find something really usefull.
-- yea, you right, I have to do validation, but I will do it after I finished all changes. (fonts, top menu.. maybe some more things comes out...)

a bit late answering.. I size my fonts by css and always do from body tag till smallest tag such as <a> <p> etc.. so should be always same on any browser but it isnt. I am lazy to take pictures and show how fonts looks like on my Linux and xp, and on different browsers such as IE 5;6;7; Safarai; Opera; FF under different systems. but I found out very good article where is my situation described and maybe for somebody its usefull:
One thing I notice is that unless I move my mouse back over a menu, it doesn't disappear. I think it should if the mouse goes away from the menu. Just a thought. Other than that, a very good site.

Thank you WhiteEagle, I agree with you about menu. Im using one a bit old (2004) script from book about DHTML. Have to learn more javascript, however there are menu interesting solutions (mootools etc) Will change soon!

Sorry I am late at commenting but better late than never, they say.
Droom, the website looks nice overall,
The frame to the center picture is not to my likings though I would use a darker gradient, now you have very dark picture, very white gradient, leading to total black background its kind of harsh I feel
you can also consider making the background a little less dark ? #444 perhaps ?
