It's time to use PHP5!

difficult, create a squidoo site, maybe myspace or other communities.

you need to know a good adsense clicker is a visitor which doesn't found what he was looking for.

This way you can buy cheap clicks via adwords to a website with adsense (but this is not allowed, so don't tell) Wink

social bookmarks is one. you just have to find one that is frequented by regular browsers only and not webmasters(like digg) so you can get clicks to your ads.

I think promoting a site has to do with the type of site you are promoting. Now as you want to increase the adsense earnings of your site, you may tell us the url and we can find some better placements for you.

There are many sites that due to bad ad placements earn 10% of what they could Smiley

Ok with a first look this site looks like there is a lot of room for improvements Smiley

The first thing you can do is put the top 336x280 ad in the bottom, and put there a 728x90

Oh, right. For a forum the rules are very different, but as your forum Nathan lacks of activity, I would advise you not to use ads until you get a few hundrend members and posts.

That's part of the whole idea of the subscriptions, pay to remove them and gain privileges. I guess I could temporarily disable them, but I'd lose all advertising income then.

do you loose 100's of USD is you disable them? First ask yourself Nathan why A member should join your forum (and post something)

it's like asking money at the entrance of some table dance without having the girls right now Smiley

Actually, they don't pay a cent to join. Just to pay (if the user chooses to) for a subscription.

are you promoting your site aggressively? dont wait for them to come. you should build links to your site every day. or hire someone to do it for you.

I suggest using StumbleUpon, as it's a free service. I've already followed my own advice and bookmarked my sites using it. Oh, and I've added most of my blogs to Technorati (they have links to JP and my blog.) Next is to bookmark them in del.icio.us. Maybe that'll get some free traffic heading my way. :-D

i use social bookmarks too, but my experience with digg is not very good. i dont wanna waste my time with them since mine is an adsense site. im still looking for ones with regular surfers as their user base and not techies.

I guess the best is to try all of them, I'm sure there are also SC sites with regular users...
