i am trying to make one small info bar where it must get a random line for every page view....
is it possible to run a php script where it opens a new popup for every 1minute?
thnks for any sort of help

a random line of text is quite simple, but what do you want with a new popup every minute?
Check
this tutorial
for the use of random. You could easily use lines of text instead of images

I don't think that PHP has a function which is able to generate these kind of "spam" effect
