I am looking for a cms that can be utilized to work like www.tutorial-search.com. I will need something that can be manipulated to what i need and that is either custom created or anything. Please can you give me some info. It will need to run on mysql and php preferably. I have had many people to offer me there services but all become quite "busy"

ok the design is almost done so i am really looking for a designer who knows drupal

Ok the last designer seems to have disappeared so i am looking for someone that can design a Tutorial management Script using php please contact me for more details.

You could explain further what you wanted your CMS should do so Developers can get a gauge of what you want to achieve...
