Just to say thanks for antispam.php that I have incorporated into a mailing engine I have created for my web site
I am creating a open source public reference library of historical images and maps and charts Http://juraphotos.co.uk Visit through proxy and http://oldcharts.co.uk Visit through proxy

The secure mailing script has a two stage validation and several security features that are repeated at several stages during of processing of the script

utilising java and php
the scripts have options to send the submitter of the form a copy of their submission
with options to subscribe/unsubscribe to a news letter or mailing list the script will be open source

It is 99% complete and working ok
just a little bit of tiding up to do and will post a working example and download link after final testing

Many thanks

Just a quick update
The forms, processor and validators have being delayed slightly due to a silly mistake
I made with the md5 checksum on the return subscribe form email template and some scripting with the validators
I have now found the problem and should have the processor etc up and running very shortly
the checksum is sorted, just now have to place some additional script in the validators
--------------------------------
And perhaps get some glasses the answer was staring me in the face and I never seen it
---------------------------------
Thanks

Hiya all
Back after a long illness  I hate being sick
Anyway I was browsing through webdigity site and found that I hadn't updated my web form script information
and the new download link to the Photofxr secure mailing engine and contact form

Basically it's a reasonably secure php web form and form processing script
with audio captcha and several other php and spry validation methods
Also  included is a  .htacces file to help block bots bad sites etc
Much credit goes to  aStatSpamm  http://www.topsiteswebdirectory.com/referer_spam/ Visit through proxy
for giving me the idea to use a .htacces file to block spam

This is free script for none commercial use and contains no spyware or other nasties

Features
antispam
secure captch with audio for visually impaired
Validation form fields
Secure form processing script that will only accept submissions from the web form and named domains
The ability to block domains and ip address

Requirements
php 5 or higher

More info

Download in zip format from here file size 2.86 Mb
http://juraphotos.photofxr.co.uk/smf/index.php?action=downloads;sa=downfile;id=2 Visit through proxy
The script is now fully functional and working on a production site

Thanks for your post and looking at my site much work needs to be done to my site after the server got hacked
I am thinking of encrypting  the code to enhance security on the script but will have to think of a method for the webmasters to
enter settings and encrypt them in the config files so that it is compatible with the rest of the script
My brain is a bit dead after so long a time  away from scripting but it should be possible
