I still don't understand people's obsession with wanting a higher page rank. Focus on optimizing your site and inbound links to improve SERPs to increase traffic.

PageRank is irrelevant now. It doesn?t affect search engine results. The only people worried about PageRank are those selling links, as it determines the price of those links.

don?t sell too many links if any, its not worth the risk. optimise for a couple of high searched keywords, build the traffic then start monetising it

Of course, site price depends upon the pr of that site. No your site has more worth than then the site having PR0. I will suggest you to not sold out these sites because these are your assets. If your site has some good traffic then apply for adsense. You can earn healthy amount from your sites through adsense.

You can sell ad space on your site. But if you sell links, I think you can get punished. I heard google punished those selling links...

selling links would be a good idea to make money out of your high PR..
others will be in need of backlinks from sites with high PR..
they may actually post in here and you can start with the transaction ^_^

PR's don't mean much anymore.I don't personally care much and most clients don't either. The point I'm getting to is that more paying customers matter in the end to pay the bills.Client's are happy and business is okay.
