The site looks nice. Maybe you could use some mod_rewrite to make the urls search engine friendly, and add a blog for more content (and search engine visitors)

I am not too fond of the yellow boxes above each section,

square boxes don't play well with the rounded boxes underneath

I would reduce the size of the country select icons.
