Sharp-sharp-sharp Php wiz + MySql / LAMP developer - United States

I've lost my CTO to the land of big IPO's (not ours...yet). Looking for someone who's really sharp, and looking for more of a partnership or joint venture, though I pay in cash. Options fine too.

The task is automating mortgage lending, and we're about 25% done. Open on hours from 15 to 25 a week needed now. The present CTO will likely consult and give guidance, so it's perfect if you're a sharp guy (gal) looking to get into the big leagues.
