Programmer/Software Developer - United States

Located in Cleveland, Insivia Technologies, a marketing and technology firm currently providing products and services to an extensive list of clients is seeking a talented individual who can work and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.



Use of object-oriented design principles to plan and develop new applications as well as enhance existing applications with PHP and other relevant technologies



Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of software lifecycle, design tools and methodologies
• Experience working through entire process of software production from documentation to design concept up through and including launch
• Experience working on large online applications
• Experience with site QA and testing including validation/functional testing, load testing, usability testing, security testing, unit and integration testing, link testing, HTML validation (browser compatibility etc.), log/report testing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a professional environment preferred

Extensive experience with the following technologies:

• PHP (OOP and Procedural)
• SQL
• MySQL
• HTML (XHTML)
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Flash, ASP.NET, XML, DHTML, AJAX, Python is a definite plus
• Experience writing and using APIs
• Strong web and/or software project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adapting to shifting priorities
• Ability to continually learn new technologies
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in an interactive environment
• Excellent communications, time management and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated to achieve high quality results within deadlines
