PHP and AJAX Superstar - United States

We are currently looking for a passionate AJAX programmer to join our small
  but agile development team. This is the perfect position for a freelance programmer
  who’s looking for an exciting new project to add to the portfolio. Your
  current workload will be between 5 and 15 hours per week, and if it looks like
  we’re a good fit we’ll get you started right away.
 RESTRICTIONS

  • This position relies heavily on the use of PHP and Javascript. It also
  involves the implementation of Web services APIs using XML-RPC and SOAP. If
  you do not consider yourself an EXPERT in this field, please do not apply.

  • Although this position is off-site you MUST live in the United States
  and be available by phone on occasion to discuss requirements.

  • Hours are flexible, but deadlines are not.
 MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Standards-compliant XHTML/CSS layout guru

  • Minimum 5 years of Javascript experience (minimum 3 months AJAX-specific)

  • Javascript DOM expert

  • Minimum 3 years of PHP experience

  • Minimum 3 years of SQL experience

  • Thorough understanding of OOP

  • Thorough knowledge of XML parsing with PHP

  • Experience with XML-RPC and SOAP

  • Ability to understand technical documentation in order to implement
  an API

  • Above average communication skills
