Need someone to put Function over Design

I have a couple of Clients who wants specific things done to my designs or to their Ideas. So I need some people with working knowledge of preferably PHP, AJAX, and LAMP. Who can for example make sites like Blender, FHMonline, Booking Buddy etc. Just the function of these sites, not the design.

It would be helpful if you PM me some samples, and your ballpark figure for developing similar sites. Remember I don't need a designer, just someone who makes killer web apps or replicates them.
