I haven't changed anything about the traffic to get a higher CTR. I just made some positioning and layout changes like the one on top here - well done - look at the ads now - compared to before. It will make a difference if you get payed 4 ct per click or 20 or 80 ct per click. Check out your stats in two three days and let me know if you can see a difference. For the rest....small steps... but it will get you there.

lol, um their is a presumption that we don't already have well optimised sites Most of the senior members of this forum have been using adsense for several years while its always good to keep checking how your sites are doing you can only do so much. Personally 2 years ago adsense made up 95% of my online monetised sites income now its less then 10% yet I earn more with adsense today then I did then.

Personally I favour good affiliate programs, for example in the UK their are several leading electronic companies that offer commission of nearly 30%, now if a good quality television is £900 ($1800) and your taking a third home with you it doesn't take much to equal your monthly adsense earnings. The alternate route is high volume low price high demand bits. Personally I favour email and zip submits for many of my sites, particularly if they are geared for social media, most social media users don't like adverts and are not ready to give away their cash. So its much easier to offer them something for free If you target your sites well you can easily get a couple of thousand visitors a day and as long as you did not pay for the traffic can afford a relative low conversion rate.
