Help German Translation

I am pretty sure there are some Germans on this wonderful site.  I need some help for my Grandma.  Her adopted daughter (adopted from Germany), went to Germany a few months ago & brought her home this wooden block with prayers in German on it.  She asked if I could find out what it said.  I went to BabelFish, and got a partial translation.  I am going to post the German & the translation from BabelFish Below.  If anyone can help me fill in the blanks it would really help.  I know that some of them are wrong b/c I couldn't type in some of the characters.  Hopefully you will be able to figure it out so I can tell Grandma what her block says....
