Another find in my site logs. This one has recorded 114 hits this month. I don't have any links to the site (which it says are required to participate) and I don't appear to be listed in their directory.

Anyone know anything about this one? Think it could violate Google's TOS?

What violates the TOS of Google ??

I get site hits from other webmasters quite often they are just trying to get our attention I think because they clearly don't have our links anywhere in their site.

It sounded a bit like they are offering a form of contextual-based text advertising.

Did you check for i-frame implementation on your site?
The fastest way  (for me at least) to find out if someone has planted an unwanted 'bug' on your website is to open suspious pages and lkeep your eye on the status bar. When you see an i-frame loading where there shouldn't be one, check that page.

I found several bugs this way. Maybe it helps.
