Why I can't post to this board?

If you can't find how to post in this board, here is the reason.

You must have at least 4 posts done (in other boards) in order to get post permissions here.

This is because I see a lot of people register to the forum, just to post an ad, and I think that this is not fair enough.

As this place is a "community", you should also contribute a little before getting help.
