Just thought I would share this with you. I have been using monitors for about 15 years now and have had headaches and eye problems for around the same amount of time. I've been to the doctors and the optomitrist and have ended up wearing glasses. About 6 months ago I got a laptop instead of a usual desktop machine for work. The headaches improved so I also got a TFT for home, since then no headaches at all!

The moral of this story, is if you are suffering get yourself a TFT or a laptop, as (for me at least) it was the CRT's which were causing the damage.

Most persons are unaware of the dangers that surrond using the computer full time without much breaks. I have been using a screen on my computer but sometimes I want to see things  a little clearer I remove it.
