you may earn more from pop ad network like edomz.com   instead of cpm, as in cpm you get very low rates, where in pop you get much better rate

the last that i used is metanetwork. DirectMedia used to be great - earned around $50-$75 per month until they shut down

There are lots CPM banner networks. But I don't know if how much unique visitors would it give to you. I have encountered AdPepper and Burst Media.

The progream of  edomz.com Network appears to be reasonable and wirthy one. Cannot state theya re the best, but  they for sure are worth of trying.
