need a help to develop a script in Multilanguage

please i have one problem

I want to insert 3 languages in the same database for script like " Os ticket " ( support for webhosting)
I want to give the user the ability to chosse the language from the index page or have a link to the different language

Hi,

I suppose for that kind of help you should contact the company that you bought the script. It is not that easy to make a script miltilingual
