Hey guys, I was just wondering what you guys thought about Forum SEO. I am just starting out with SEO, and as you could guess, I own a forum. Is there anything that should be done differently, when optimizing a forum?
Thanks, ___________________ <snipped> go away spammer!

The same principle applies for SEO on regular(non-forum) type sites, although you must also take note that the forum topics will get indexed and you must use meaningful Sub-Forum titles as well...

Forums are a tougher niche to market. Getting traffic to it is one thing but enticing your visitors to register and participate is a whole new different ball game But SEO wise, it is optimized the same way you optimize other sites.
