I have already uploaded a set of 9 videos to several different platforms through Tubemogul.com, but I was wondering if it was better when I add it to my site to embed from one of these platforms (vimeo, youtube, metacafe) or host the file on my platform.
Thoughts?
Usability?
SEO?

I think it is better to host it on another site, because this way you will save a lot of bandwidth, and you can use the video to promote your site/services.

Agreed with Nikolas on this one.  Its much better and cheaper (hosting-wise) to use a dedicated video site than your own site. And just as effective

Can anyone recommend a good program for "mastering" videos that you record on your Mac or PC?
