I would also advise using tutvid for tutorials. W3schools is good, but it's always better to follow video tutorials while doing what the person in the video is doing also.

You also can read articles about it or ask in communities. But to master it, can be only achieve with practice, create websites of your interest and then you will be ready for PSD to CMS projects.
