I am trying to find an out of the box software which will acts as interactive t-shirt (add text/logo and graphics) or any product customization. Anyone came across one?

Do you mean a graphics converter? I agree with Niko, this is very hard to understand.

maybe he/she means of something like cafepress, wherein you can add graphics to shirts, cups, mugs, caps and other items virtually and customize them. Then cafepress would produce them and sell them...
