Massivelinks - helpful, and friendly

Also there are non-wemaster-related forums... Must say I like them more.

Google Groups is a good reference point for web development. As is ASP.net for all things Asp .Net!

I've got several sport ones I frequent such as Draft Countdown and GoTeamsGo. I've got some more social info type forums I like such as The Straight Dope and Snopes.

Read several SEO forums (Sitepoint, DP, WebProWorld), but you end up seeing the same information over and over. Sometimes the exact same questions from the spammers.

I like DigitalPoint.com because of the "cheap stuff", "Domain Marketplace" and "Link Exchange" sections.

I think the WarriorForum is a great resource as well. There's a lot of hype there but if you spend some time looking around, you'll find some really valuable posts.

I frequent a lot of forums. My favorite is NarutoForums and regarding the webmaster business, I think it's Digitalpoint.
