Google Groups is a good reference point for web development. As is ASP.net for all things Asp .Net!

I've got several sport ones I frequent such as Draft Countdown and GoTeamsGo. I've got some more social info type forums I like such as The Straight Dope and Snopes.
Read several SEO forums (Sitepoint, DP, WebProWorld), but you end up seeing the same information over and over. Sometimes the exact same questions from the spammers.

my favourite forum used to be the A1 business forum but for some unknown reason they have totaly stopped me from posting in every section of the forum. IT is not now my favourite forum.

I think the WarriorForum is a great resource as well. There's a lot of hype there but if you spend some time looking around, you'll find some really valuable posts.
