you can use flash and also use flash scripting (action scripting) in ? you web page, It will helpful for 3d designs.

Well, you just can't. All you can do is implement some effects like java, javascript or some 3d photoshops to make it seem 3d.

3D website, very interesting, I doubt it would be considerably more useful than a 2D website! But what the hell, everything is going 3D, we should too!

However, if it uses flash I do not want to know. HTML 5 is soon to be a standard and I'm sure, with a little work, it can provide 3D capabilities.
