PR2 Tutorial Site For Sale

It has been some time that I have been to this forum. Things look so much more better now than when I was last here. Great job, Nick!

Looking for a real quick sale here -

The site I am referring to is a PR2 site.

Content is all unique. There are 18 unique posts in all (15 posted and 3 scheduled).

The blog gets around 80 - 100 unique visitors a month with around 60% from search engines. No advertising is done.

The domain is registered at godaddy.com.

This blog will cost $175. Considering the unique articles and the PR and the traffic from search engine, I think this is a bargain. I am selling it only because I am in urgent need of money.

PS: I have a couple of other sites also but no PR there..
